Anthony Wynn was born in a Christian home to John and Othella Wynn on April 29, 1960. At an early age, he was touched by the presence of God, and began to pursue God’s will for his life.
In 1978, Anthony Wynn preached his first sermon in his father’s church.

In 1984, he married the love of his life, Shelia, a young woman from Virginia. They evangelized the Gospel in churches and tent revivals for 14 years. Their passion is to stir fellow believers to fall in love with Jesus and not religion.

In 1999, Anthony and Shelia became senior Pastors of MDT Church in Riceville, Tennessee. They were consumed with a burden to reach beyond the four walls of MDT Church.
After much prayer and fasting, Oasis TV Ministry was launched in 2005.
